Why seal pavers and hardscapes?
-
UV protection
Sunlight causes unsightly fading on unsealed pavers. Our sealing process provides excellent UV protection and can restore pavers to their original color.
-
Joint stabilization
Our use of a quality two-part penetrating sealer ensures that joint sand thoroughly hardens, helping to prevent weed growth and ant piles from developing.
-
Easier maintenance
Sealed pavers resist mold growth and staining from oil spills, dirt, and tree leaves.
Our Process
Pavers are washed chemically to remove efflorescence, rust, and other stains. The surface is then thoroughly cleaned and rinsed to remove any remaining algae and debris. Lastly, the pavers are resanded and sealed to harden joints and protect the surface for years to come!
Sealer finishes
Hardscapes can be sealed with gloss (as in the example photos), mid-gloss, or natural finishes. Gloss finishes give pavers a "wet look," helping colors pop more.
